The charolita plate is the best on the menu. Why? Purity. Simple purity. There is no adulteration with fillers like rice, beans or lettuce or what not. Select your meats, lengua, buche, cabeza, etc. Fill your tortilla with the selected meat and spice it up with some salsa, cilantro, onions, guacamole, etc.
