I went to the Burrito Factory in Sunland. I asked for an off menu meat burrito...lengua. They had it. No seso, no cabeza, but they had lengua.

Birrieria Jalisco - February 2009

At Birrieria Jalisco, I the the plate #2 goat in consume. It came with tortilla, diced onions, and cilantro. The meat was so tender and delicious. Its a rough neighborhood, but there's the Hollenbeck Police Station, a funeral parlor and an emergency room at White Memorial Hospital, all within one block. Now that's convenience.

At Luna Maya I had the steak, with beans and rice. Their house special Luna Maya cameron del rio y filete de pesacdo looks more appetizing.
